PES 2011 Patch New Master 00f is basically PES11.vn but with new update. Since PES11.vn doesn't make new update for 2016/2017 season. It's a good news for you who still play Pro Evolution Soccer 2011. The creator of this patch made several improvements like new transfer, formation, graphics, etc. It's a solid patch i think.
