The only card id available is during boot where I see:

NVIDIA TNT2 64 bit VGA BIOS

Now the driver is loaded the card is identified as:

'This works with TigerDirect TC3G-2014, a refurb nVidia TnT2 M64 16Mb 4x AGP card. The IBM driver referenced there failed to load! This one made my day. I don't have much system time on it yet so cannot comment on stability yet, but so far so good.'

'On reboot, 'error in C:WINDOWSSYSTEMNvCpl.dll Missing entry NvStartup'. Then every time I tried to go to internet it crashed. When I tried (3 times) to go past Control Panel-Display to Settings it crashed. I reinstalled twice and got the same results. Luckily I have other PCs so I downloaded another driver to hard drive, copied to CD and the CD worked to inst

'I have downloaded this driver tonight and I installed it almost immediately. When I re-booted my pc, my operating system win 98se crashed. I tried to re-install win98se, but because of major errors it cannot be fixed. This means I will have to format and re-install all my programs. (The driver was for a different Pc.)

Even so, thanks for all the drivers that I could do

After doing a search on Yahoo for some of the numbers I found on the card (TNT2 M64), I was brought to this site. 'this driver worked better then the original nvidia driver! but i have the same problem. i have a intel i440lx/ex mainboard with a 2x agp,my tnt2 card claims to be 2x and 4x compatable,the card works great in software mode,but in direct 3d or opengl mode it hangs the system. can someone please tell me why?'
